KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Performance
Adhering to Melton Entertainment Park values, policies and procedures, in particular, Food Handling and Hygiene Standards, Workplace Health & Safety, Stock Control and Rotation, maintaining a professional appearance etc
Participating in performance reviews according to Melton Entertainment Park policy.
Self directed learning and development as well as undertaking any required training.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in work processes and procedures and adapt to change in workplace practices.
Perform any other duty that may be reasonably regarded as relevant to the job as directed by management..
Team Contribution
Build effective work relationships. Work co-operatively with team members, assist others, contribute to team performance and demonstrate support for Melton Entertainment Park's commitment to a harassment free workplace.
Communicate with all staff in a courteous and professional manner.
Customer Service




Deliver excellent customer service by demonstrating Melton Entertainment Park service and performance standards applicable to the kitchen.

Assist senior management with identification of staff training needs and to formulate training and development plans
KEY CAPABILITIES
Qualifications and Experience
Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent experience
Skills and Attributes
Detailed knowledge of qualified kitchen standards
Culinary Creativity
Highly focused attitude towards customer service
Effective team player
Friendly nature
Calm under pressure
High level of personal grooming and hygiene standards
Able to cope with the rigours of shift work
AVAILABILITY
Must be available to work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and all major events.
