About our Charlemont campus
n
At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand-current story. I arrive in the Geelong region, at a current purpose-built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, recent resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me. Everything is being shaped with care from the start.
n
I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong. New routines, friendships and traditions can grow here. This is a place where my ideas can be noticed from the beginning and my confidence can grow with the community.

About the role

As Assistant Director, you will work with the Campus Director to support operations, child safety, team leadership, family experience and quality practice.

What you'll bring
n
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care as a minimum.
n
Experience as a senior educator, Room Leader, Educational Leader or Assistant Director.
n
Knowledge of the NQF, Child Safe Standards and relevant legislation.
n
Confidence supporting educators, families, compliance and operations.
n
Strong communication, including sensitive conversations.
n
Warm, practical and people-first leadership.
n
A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
n
