As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the successful opening and ongoing performance of Green Cup's new Perth store. This hands-on leadership role is suited to an energetic and commercially minded hospitality manager who is excited to build a high-performing team and establish Green Cup in a current market.

Green Cup is a premium Australian health and wellness brand founded in Melbourne, known for fresh smoothies, açai bowls, salads and exceptional customer experiences.

As we continue to grow, we're preparing to open our first Perth location. This is an exciting chance to join Green Cup at a key stage of our expansion and help bring the brand to a new market.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, train and develop a high-performing team

Manage the store's day-to-day operations

Deliver an exceptional customer experience

Manage rosters, wages, stock, ordering and budgets

Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance

Monitor key metrics, including wage percentage, productivity and cost of goods

Maintain Green Cup's product quality and presentation standards

Coach and motivate the team to perform at their best

Ensure compliance with food-safety requirements, workplace policies and company procedures





Build local brand awareness and establish Green Cup within the Perth community

What we are looking for

At least two years of experience in a hospitality management or senior leadership role

Experience in a café, quick-service restaurant or fast-paced food environment

A proven ability to recruit, lead and develop a solid team

Experience managing rosters, wages, stock and store performance

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A hands-on and proactive leadership style

A strong focus on customer service, product quality and presentation

Availability to complete approximately one month of training in Melbourne before the store opens
