CSR Hebel in Somersby on the Central Coast invites a hands-on Maintenance Superintendent to lead the day shift team of trades and support the Maintenance Manager in delivering operational excellence across site maintenance, contractor engagement, and continuous improvement.
We're seeking a robust leader to supervise 23 trades (10 mechanical, 8 electrical), drive safety, minimise downtime, and coordinate major shutdowns with contractors and vendors.
