We're looking for an experienced and reliable Junior Sous Chef to join our busy café kitchen.
This role would suit someone who has proven experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced café workplace and is ready to take on more responsibility within the kitchen.
We're looking for someone who can become an important part of the kitchen team, not just a strong cook, but someone who can help lead the team, maintain standards and keep service running smoothly.

Lead and support the kitchen team during busy services

About you
Previous supervisory or people-management experience
Strong service, organisation and communication skills
Reliable, hands-on and able to work well under pressure
Available 5 days per week, including Saturday and Sunday
