Active Mobility Services Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Silverwater, NSW.
As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy warehouse, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and efficient inventory management.
What you'll be doing
Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining strict inventory control
Assemble and test equipment such as mobility scooters and patient care equipment.
Monitoring stock levels and initiating replenishment orders as needed
Implementing and maintaining effective warehouse management systems and processes
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
What we're looking for
Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role in a rapid-paced warehousing or logistics environment
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills of a team player
Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and inventory control systems




A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly
Forklift licence and experience operating warehouse equipment (desirable)
Physically fit and able to lift 25kg
