The Role
We're on the search for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to join ourafternoon shift team. Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for maintaining the quality and standards of Laurent's exceptional products. You will also play a key role in driving operational excellence across all manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities




Supervise daily bakery operations, including mixing and baking processes.
Build a positive culture focusing on leadership and team development.
To providestrong, hands-onleadership ensuring open communication channels and cross training.
Meet targets in a dynamic and fast-moving business.
Ensurecompliance with required Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene and Food Safety policies
Focus on ensuring your team are safe and following OHS processes and procedures
What You Bring
Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry in a supervisory capacity.
Previous experience trouble shooting machine breakdowns within training capability would be advantageous.
An eye for detail to ensure production issues are identified and rectified quickly, with the support of our awesome maintenance team when required
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as good numerical ability.
Solid planning and organisational skills.
