The Role
Manage a150-property residential portfolio
Build and maintain strong landlord & tenant relationships
Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears & renewals
Liaise with owners, tenants & contractors
Work alongside APM and Leasing support
Drive portfolio retention and service
About You
ExperiencedProperty Manager
CurrentQLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end
Robust communication & relationship-building skills
Organised, proactive and professional
