As a customer-focused professional with a passion for providing technical support and assistance, you will be a valued and integral member of our Technical Services team.
Key responsibilities
In this busy and varied role, you will work closely with customers, plumbers, consultants, developers and internal stakeholders to deliver excellent service outcomes and ensure compliance with GVW requirements.
Using your knowledge of plumbing, water and sewer connection processes, you will provide technical advice, interpret plans and assist customers through a range of property-related enquiries.
Primarily, you will manage the administrative processes associated with water and property connections,



ensuring efficient and timely service delivery while maintaining compliance with the Corporation's requirements and relevant legislation.
Based at the Shepparton Operations Centre where you will enjoy being part of a working workplace amongst technical and operational staff with the bonus of hassle-free parking.
