Ventia have a contract supporting the maintenance of the Millmerran Power Station and Skout Solutions are seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to assist for 8 weeks (10.5 hrs work per day) on a Shutdown in the Coal Ash Handling plant of the Millmerran Power Station starting 14th September.
You will work 5 days per week across atleast 52.5 hours per week. You will work alongside 3 Mechanical Supervisors (2 permanent) and Contract Manager to Supervise 60 workers onsite during the shutdown performing various maintenance tasks during the outage.

Duties include but are not limited to: /n
/n
Removal and replacement of spools, rollers, wear plates.
/n
Parent metal repairs.
/n
Replacement of guards.
/n
General fabrication works.
/n
Complete minor plant isolation and operation.
/n
Applicants must possess: /n
/n
Working at heights is essential. Confined spaces is preferred.
/n
Experience Supervising crews with Heavy plant maintenance is preferred
/n
Trade Qualification (Mechanical)
/n
A respirator fit test will be conducted onsite- successful applicants must be clean-shaven for use of the respirator.
