An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Systems Analyst to join a large enterprise environment supporting and enhancing critical finance systems.
Working closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining, optimising and improving Oracle E-Business Suite financial applications while driving process improvement and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support across Oracle EBS Finance modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
Investigate and resolve system issues, data discrepancies, interface failures and user access concerns.
Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Support system upgrades, enhancements and new functionality deployments.
Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, script development and defect management.
Support integrations between Oracle EBS and third-party financial systems.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures and training materials.
Deliver training and ongoing support to end users.
You'll bring:




Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or Finance Systems Analyst capacity.
Solid knowledge of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Finance module configuration and support.
Experience using SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Understanding of ETL processes and systems integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively across both technical and business teams.
Highly Regarded
Oracle Workflow, Oracle Reports or BI Publisher experience.
Oracle Cloud ERP migration or transformation experience.
Oracle EBS certifications.
CPA, CMA or related Finance qualifications.
Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
