As a family owned business, we have been designing and creating premium quality textiles for over 40 years.

About the role

/n

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will play an key part in ensuring all our customers receive the highest level of customer service, and you will have a large focus on keeping the outlet well presented to showcase our beautiful product range.

/n

The role is part time (18- 30 hours per week).

/n

Outside of customer service your other duties and responsibilities include;

/n

/n
Opening and closing the shop.

/n
Assisting with day-to-day store operations.

/n
Picking and packing orders.

/n
Demonstrating solid product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice.

/n




Operating Point of Sale devices.

/n
Assisting in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation.

/n
Unpacking deliveries and replenishing the shelves.

/n

About you

/n

Previous experience in retail sales, while highly regarded, is not essential. What is essential is your passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.

/n

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

/n

/n
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.

/n
Experience in a customer-facing role.

/n
Able to work with minimal supervision.

/n
Experience replenishing large volumes of stock.

/n
POS experience is desirable.

/n
High interest in Visual Merchandising.

/n
