About the role
n
We're on the hunt for a sharp, organised and customer service focused individual to support our dynamic Sales team. Think of yourself as the glue that holds it all together – keeping things on track, systems up to date, and clients cared for. Reporting to the Sales Directors, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities that are supported by established processes and procedures.
n
Managing data entry, CRM records and financial reporting for Sales Directors
n
Preparing appraisal kits, contracts and marketing materials
n
On‐boarding of new property listings
n
Liaising with solicitors, industry partners and suppliers
n
Co‐ordinating the settlement process to completion
n
Juggling calendars, invoice management and the occasional reception cover
n
Supporting auctions, clearing sales and all the little details that make a big difference
n
What we're looking for

This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, variety and being part of a team. You'll be tech‐savvy, quick to learn systems, and enjoy finding smarter ways to work. Just as important, you'll bring warmth,



great communication skills and a team‐first mindset. You will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Strong admin and computer skills
n
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
n
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
n
Experience in database management and controlling data standards and integrity
n
Ability to work proactively and keep pace with a busy team
n
A sense of humour, respect for team work and passion for client service
n
Prior real estate experience is welcomed but not essential – we'll support you to obtain your Real Estate Certificate and provide plenty of on‐the‐job training.
