What You'll Do
n
We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager to support the delivery of a project within
Dubbo, regional NSW
. This is approx. 6 month fixed-term, project-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of site outcomes.
n
You will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing site activities and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. The role requires strong organisation, explicit communication and a proactive approach, particularly when working within this sensitive / high-compliance environment.

What You'll Do
n

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure projects progress in line with schedule
n
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades and site activities
n
Maintain robust communication with clients, project managers and stakeholders
n
Ensure all site works meet WHS, environmental and quality standards
n
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and safety checks
n
Identify and resolve site issues, defects and non-conformances
n
Coordinate deliveries, variations and project changes
n
Provide regular updates on project progress and forecasting
n
Ensure site is opened and closed each day for security purposes
n

Proven experience in a Site Manager or similar construction role
n
Strong ability to coordinate trades and manage multiple priorities
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders
n
A strong focus on safety and compliance, particularly in sensitive site environments
n
Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
n

Current Driver's Licence

We are open to engaging the right candidate on either a fixed-term employment basis or as an independent contractor (ABN).
