You'll work alongside collaborative sales and property management teams focused on sustainable growth, strong performance and long‐term success.
About the role
This is a newly created Business Development Manager opportunity, giving you genuine ownership to build a new BDM desk from the ground up. Based in the Doncaster/Manningham area, you'll generate new landlord opportunities, win new property management business and play a direct role in growing the portfolio. You'll have the support of experienced Senior Property Managers, a Junior Property Manager, VAs and a Leasing Consultant, while working closely with the sales team.
Duties
Prospect for landlords through cold, warm and referral leads
Build relationships and win new property management opportunities




Grow the property management portfolio through targeted business development activity
Review and assess tenancy applications
Partner closely with sales and property management teams
Skills & experience
Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice — mandatory
Real estate BDM experience or strong demonstrated prospecting/business development experience
Confident cold caller and relationship builder
Resilient, proactive and commercially driven
Mandarin language skills — desirable, not essential

$70K–$95K base salary | $130K OTE
