Female Disability Support Worker – South Morang | Up to 18 Hours Per Week

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, caring and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to support a client located in South Morang.
The client is looking for someone who can provide consistent and respectful support with daily household tasks and meal preparation.
Available shifts include
Monday–Sunday
6:00 pm–8:00 pm
Saturday
: 8:00 am–10:00 am and 6:00 pm–8:00 pm
You do not need to be available for every shift.
We are happy to consider applicants who can commit to a regular selection of these shifts. Please clearly outline your availability when applying.
A female Support Worker is preferred for this role to meet the client's individual support needs and preference.
Duties Include
General cleaning and dusting
Meal preparation, including chopping and preparing ingredients
Laundry, including washing, folding and putting away clothes
General household tidying and maintaining a clean and comfortable home environment
Providing friendly, respectful and reliable support to the client




About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and committed
Caring, patient and respectful
Comfortable assisting with domestic duties and meal preparation
Able to build a positive and professional relationship with clients
Ideally located in or close to
South Morang
Available for regular evening and/or weekend shifts
Requirements
Previous experience in disability support, aged care, community care or a similar role is highly regarded
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or equivalent is desirable
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
National Police Check
Current First Aid & CPR
Valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
