A fast-growing civil contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Administrator or Project Administrator to support delivery on a major data centre project, with ongoing opportunities across a strong pipeline of infrastructure works.
This is a permanent position suited to a highly organised professional looking to build a long-term career within a growing contractor delivering complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative support to project and site teams
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, variations, registers, and correspondence
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, compliance documentation, and tracking
Assist with procurement processes, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
Maintain accurate records within project management systems
Support contract administration tasks alongside project engineers and commercial teams
Liaise with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
Assist with reporting, meeting minutes,



and general project coordination
About You
Previous experience in a Construction Administrator or Project Administrator role within civil, infrastructure, or related sectors
Exposure to large-scale or technically complex projects (data centres, utilities, or major infrastructure highly regarded)
Strong document control and organisational skills with high attention to detail
Proficient across MS Office and project management/document control systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
