Disability Support Workers
to join us across
In-Home, Community Access and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
services.
Whether you're an experienced Support Worker or looking to build your career in disability, we have a range of opportunities available.
What opportunities are available?
In-Home & Community Support
Personal care and daily living support
Domestic assistance
Community access and social support
Supporting participants to attend appointments and activities
Encouraging independence and skill development
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Supporting participants within their home setting
Assistance with daily routines and household tasks
Personal care and daily living support
Community participation and outings
Building independence and confidence
Providing consistent, person-centred support across a 24/7 roster
Availability we're looking for
We have opportunities across a range of shifts, including:
6:00am – 8:00pm
7:00am – 12:00pm
2:00pm – 10:00pm
Overnight/Sleepover shifts, approximately 6:00pm – 8:15am




24/7 availability for SIL
Weekday and weekend availability
Candidates with greater availability will have access to more opportunities and ongoing shifts.
Experience
We're looking for a mix of experienced and emerging Support Workers.
For some positions,
6+ months of disability support experience is preferred
, particularly for SIL and more independent support environments. Other positions may be suitable for candidates who are newer to the industry and have the right attitude, values and willingness to learn.
