Key responsibilities

Conduct litigation and have the prospect to appear in courts and tribunals on behalf of the State.

Manage complex legal matters and build strong relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
n
Supervise, mentor and support junior lawyers while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
n
Contribute to the delivery of high-quality legal services to the Western Australian Government.

What you need
n

Experience in the conduct of litigation at all stages, from pre-action through to trial and/or settlement.
n
An ability to work on matters of varying size and timescales, including long-running litigation, shortead disputes and urgent applications.
