About the role
Reporting directly to the Store Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of a highly successful store.
Your key duties will include:
Provide an exceptional level of customer service to all customers
Ensure the store and forecourt is maintained to a professional standard
Keep up to date with promotions and products in the store
Maintain a safe working environment
Upsell products as part of the customer experience
Receiving deliveries and restocking shelves
What we're looking for
Barista experience is highly desirable
Experience in face-to-face customer service, such as retail or hospitality




Availability to work a casual roster across multiple sites in the Illawarra area including
Nowra
and
Robertson
is a must
MUST
be available to work Monday and Tuesday's
A positive attitude with a strong customer focus
Ability to model the company values in your everyday role
What shifts are on offer?
We currently have a number of casual vacancies available! As a casual, you have the prospect to work across 10 stores in locations throughout the Illawarra & South Coast. Shifts vary between 4.15am - *****pm depending on the site.
All applicants will be subject to pre-employment screening, which include a criminal history check and full medical, including drug and alcohol assessment.
