Job Description
We're looking for a commercially driven relationship builder who knows how to turn strong industry connections into real project opportunities. This role involves:




Build and grow solid relationships with architects, designers, builders, joiners and industry partners.
Grow and manage a strong pipeline of project specifications and opportunities.
Influence product selection and secure e&s; products across new and existing projects.
Meet with clients regularly to understand their needs and identify new opportunities.
Achieve annual sales and specification targets.
Manage and maintain accurate client and pipeline information in NetSuite.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for our showrooms.
Work closely with suppliers to identify opportunities and deliver product presentations, samples and marketing support.
Stay up to date with industry trends, projects, events and key dates.
Lead, coach and support the A&D; and Kitchen & Bathroom Designer teams.
Work closely with our Retail and Commercial teams to maximise opportunities across the business.
Deliver and manage the e&s; Rewards Program across relevant B2B customers.
Ensure consignment stock is effectively managed and delivering a strong return for the business.
Qualifications
Proven sales experience within the building, design or related industry.
5+ years' experience in account management or relationship management.
Robust negotiation and influencing skills.
A natural ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Commercially driven with a focus on achieving results.
