in a casual role to assist our Head Chef to run our Kitchen.

The successful candidate will possess the following:
Trade qualification.
A positive attitude, robust work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Organization skills.
Available to work a flexible roster to meet trade demands.
Ability to work unsupervised essential.
Proven experience in a hotel or Club environment greatly preferred.

Availability for weekly days, nights, weekends, and split shifts is a must.
