About the Role and Business
Elite Attachments Australia is an engineering company specialising in the design and manufacture of attachments for earthmoving machinery for use in construction, agriculture and mining industries. Dedicated to offering a high-quality product, we have been fortunate to grow considerably over the years to include a customer base nationwide and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high-quality welding on quick hitch bodies, buckets, and other heavy equipment parts.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and optimise robot welder workflow.
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.




Fabricate and assemble components for excavators using detailed specifications and technical drawings.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
