Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage

systems to drive high performance and employee growth.

Provide guidance and support tomanagers on performance-related issues and development plans.

EmployeeRelations:

Develop, update,
and enforce HRpolicies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Conduct regular audits to maintainadherence to HR standards and best practices.

Foster a culture of safety andwell-being within the company.

Qualifications
n
n
Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degreepreferred.
n
Minimum of 10 years of experience ina senior HR role,
preferably within the events or entertainment industry.
n
Strong knowledge of HR bestpractices, labor laws, and regulations in Australia.
n
Proven experience in strategic HRleadership and organizational development.
n
Excellent
communication,interpersonal,
and leadership skills.
n
Fluency in English;
additionallanguages
are a plus.
n
Proficiency in HR software andMicrosoft Office Suite.
