Job Description
Full-Time Chef - California Republic, St Ives California Republic is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our kitchen team in St Ives, NSW. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, works well in a fast-paced commercial kitchen and can consistently maintain high standards of food quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard
Assist with daily food preparation and kitchen operations
Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory
Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace standards are maintained
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team
Assist with menu preparation and development where required




Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen
Requirements:
Relevant commercial cookery qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen
Good knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, organised and able to work as part of a team
Available to work weekends and public holidays as required
Position: Full time Chef Location: St Ives, NSW **** Hours: Approximately 38 hours per week Salary: $80,******,000 per annum + superannuation
