What you can expect in a day in this role:
n
In this role, you'll play a key part in creating a warm, inviting, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You'll support the Front Office team with a robust focus on enhancing the guest experience, proactively identifying opportunities to deliver service that consistently exceeds expectations. As part of this role, you'll also:

Handle luggage and storage for guests
n
Valet parking of guest cars
n
Facilitate transport services at guest request
n
Run general errands for guests and to support hotel operations
n
Provide current information about in-house facilities, local events and attractions
n
n
What you will bring to the role:
n
n
Experience in a similar role at a premium property (desirable)
n




Current full manual Driver's License is essential
n
Tasmanian recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
n
Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills with excellent attention to detail
n
Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
n
Flexibility to work a 7-day roster, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings
n
