The successful candidate will lead a very small team (2 to 3) and run front of house operations for Haiku Kuro, a night time izakaya serving Japanese food with cocktails, imported drinks, a small selection of sake and Japanese drinks.
Key responsibilities
Roster each week and organise according to bookings with consideration of labour cost
Support and curate drinks menu seasonally with existing bar tender
Provide hospitality and create an energy and vibe
Operate a booking system and manage any booking requests
Drink stock rotation and organisation with day time cafe
About us
Haiku Camberwell in Victoria operates a cafe that turns into a night time eatery every Thursday to Saturday night, situated in the same venue as Haiku Kuro.
