Are you looking to start a rewarding career in the engineering and fabrication industry?
The Australian Industry Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is seeking a motivated apprentice to undertake a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade with a well-established manufacturing business in Melbourne's south-east.
This apprenticeship will provide hands-on training and experience in welding, fabrication and metalwork while working alongside experienced tradespeople in a supportive workshop environment.

Duties May Include
Welding and fabrication activities
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Operating welding equipment and power tools
Using measuring equipment and fabrication machinery
Folding, bending and shaping metal components




Assembling and finishing fabricated products
Maintaining a safe and organised workspace
About You
Genuine interest in welding, fabrication and manufacturing
Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Completion of Year 10 or equivalent
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
