Senior MES Functional Consultant / Manufacturing Systems Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Senior MES Functional Consultant to support a major digital manufacturing transformation within a complex discrete manufacturing setting.
Working alongside two established MES SMEs, you'll help configure, optimise and support manufacturing execution processes while acting as a key link between IT, engineering, quality and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support MES workflows, routings, work instructions and quality processes.
Design and enhance integrations between MES, SAP ERP and engineering systems.
Partner with manufacturing and engineering stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.
Provide senior-level troubleshooting and production system support.
Ensure compliance, traceability and serialisation requirements are maintained.
About You
10+ years' experience in MES,



manufacturing systems or industrial IT.
Experience with MES platforms such as SAP CAMS, iBASEt Solumina, SAP ME/MII/PEO, or DELMIA Apriso.
Strong understanding of SAP integration across PP, QM and MM.
Knowledge of complex manufacturing environments with experience in:
Serialisation and genealogy tracking
Engineering change management and BOM effectivity
Non-conformance, rework and quality processes
Collaborative, hands‐on and comfortable working closely with operational stakeholders.
