Northern Workforce Solutions is looking for reliable, hardworking Civil Labourers for a long-term project in Weipa. Working a 2:1 roster on 12-hour shifts, with camp accommodation and meals provided, this is a great prospect for someone after steady, well-paid work in a remote-area setting.

Key responsibilities

Assisting tradespeople and machine operators with civil construction tasks
n
Operating hand tools and small plant equipment as required
n
Maintaining a clean, safe worksite in line with site safety standards
n
Following instructions from Site Supervisors and Leading Hands
n
About you
n
Previous experience in civil construction or labouring (preferred but not essential)
n
White Card mandatory (or willingness to obtain one)
n
RIIRIS301E (Apply Risk Management Processes) - training provided if you don't already hold it
n
Ability to pass an MMQ pre-employment medical
n
Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a 2:1 remote roster
n
Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor, remote conditions
n
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
