Maintain store presentation, ensuring all eyewear frames, equipment, and work areas are clean, organised, and visually appealing
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phone enquiries, and booking optometry appointments
Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and related optical products to achieve sales targets
Liaise with suppliers to process orders and manage relevant documentation
Accurately handle data entry and reporting using Microsoft Excel and Word
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a high standard of customer experience
Skills & Experience
Minimum 1 year of retail or sales experience (optical experience highly appreciated but not essential)
Fluent in both English and Chinese
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Experience in image editing or content writing is an advantage
