part-time Student Administration Officer
forsupporting the students to achieve their education and career goals. In this engaging role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current students, providing exceptional customer service and accurate advice throughout their enrolment journey. Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and timely customer service to prospective and current students.
Respond to enquiries and provide accurate advice on courses, enrolment requirements and student services.
Guide prospective students through the enquiry-to-enrolment process.
Refer students to appropriate internal support services where required.
Maintain accurate student records within Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Student Management Systems.
Process, maintain and securely store student enrolment documentation in line with policy and legislative requirements.
Maintain current knowledge of enrolment procedures,



compliance requirements and organisational systems.
Support team operations through general administrative duties and collaboration with colleagues and leadership.

The successful candidate will be required to provide:




A criminal record check which is less than 6 months old.
A valid Working With Children Check.

Key Selection criteria:
Minimum Certificate III in Business and/or relevant demonstrated experience in a customerservice/business environment.
Demonstrated administrative, data entry skills and ability to use information systems.
Displays commitment to quality customer service and the supply of accurate and timelyinformation.
Effective self-management skills, including the ability to arrange workload priorities and workwith minimum supervision.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
