We are seeking 5 enthusiastic and polished Casual Sales Associates to support the launch of our exclusive Pop-Up Store. This is a fantastic prospect for experienced Retail Casuals or those passionate about luxury retail who are looking to gain further experience with a globally recognised fashion house.

The Opportunity
As a Casual Sales Associate, you will support our Chadstone Pop Up Store by:
Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable brand experiences
Supporting sales targets through product knowledge and client engagement




Using CRM and POS systems to support an elevated customer journey
Availability
You must be available from 8th - 27th October (training plus Pop Up). Additional seasonal casual shifts across our three Melbourne stores may be offered after the project.
About You
You are enthusiastic, reliable and confident in a client facing environment. You bring:
Strong face to face communication skills
A warm and engaging approach with customers
A proven ability to meet performance expectations
Experience with CRM and POS systems
Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
A proactive, organised and results driven mindset
Minimum of 1-2 years retail experience required for this casual position
