What you will do?
Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manag e cross-contamination
More about you
Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is




Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced workplace
Food Safety Certificate
Currently undertaking Level 3 Cookery Certificate, preferred
Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster
