They are launching a prestigious $90M vertical aged care development in Brisbane. To drive this high-profile project, our client is seeking an experienced Structures Foreman to direct on-site structural execution and join their growing team.

The Role
n

Structures Foreman on a $90M Vertical Aged Care Development
n
Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
n
Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
n
Excellent build knowledge and people management
n
We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
n
n
Experience/Qualifications
Required
n
n
Trade or Tertiary Qualifications in Construction
n
A track record in delivering large scale projects within Australia with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 head contractor in a supervisor role
n
Robust build knowledge and ability to work autonomously
n
An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders alike
n
n
Whats on offer

$170,000 - $200,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
