About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect with strong expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules to lead solution design, architecture, and implementation initiatives in Sydney.
n
The ideal candidate should have strong functional and architectural knowledge of Oracle HCM and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated, and best-practice Oracle HCM solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead the solution architecture and design for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transformation programs.
n
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand HR processes, business requirements, and transformation objectives.
n
Design end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions aligned with Oracle best practices and business needs.
n
Provide functional and architectural leadership across multiple Oracle HCM modules.
n
Lead solution workshops, requirement discussions, fit-gap analysis, and solution walkthroughs with clients.
n
Define solution architecture covering module configuration, integrations, data flows, security, reporting, and overall system landscape.
n
Review functional and technical designs to ensure consistency, scalability, and adherence to architectural standards.
n
Guide functional and technical teams during implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
n
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Oracle HCM capabilities.
n
Support estimation, project planning, solution proposals, and presales activities where required.
n
Mentor and provide
functional/architectural
guidance to Oracle HCM consultants.

Required Oracle HCM Expertise

Strong expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, preferably including:

Oracle Core HR / Global Human Resources
n
Oracle Talent Management
n
Oracle Performance Management
n
Oracle Compensation
n
Oracle Workforce Management
n
Oracle Absence Management
n
Oracle Payroll
n
n
Candidates with robust expertise across multiple HCM modules and the ability to architect end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
***** years of overall experience, with significant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.

Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Solution Architect / HCM Architect / Senior HCM Consultant.
n
Strong functional understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and HR business processes.
n
Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations.
n
Strong solution design and architecture experience across multiple HCM modules.
n
Experience leading client workshops and managing senior business stakeholders.
n
Good understanding of Oracle HCM integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and technical architecture.
n
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
n
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide architectural direction.
n
Experience working on large-scale or multi-country Oracle HCM programs is preferred.

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM integrations.

Experience with Oracle HCM reporting and analytics.
