Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant
You will assist a Senior Property Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio while also supporting leasing activities. This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Key responsibilities
Conducting rental open-for-inspections
Responding to prospective renter enquiries
Processing and following up rental applications
Assisting with lease preparation and new renter onboarding
Completing ingoing and outgoing condition reports
Conducting routine property inspections
Assisting with maintenance coordination and follow-up
Communicating with rental providers, renters and tradespeople
Preparing correspondence and property documentation
Updating property management systems and records
About you
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Strong attention to detail
Good organisational and time-management skills
A professional, reliable and positive approach
Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
The ability to manage several tasks and follow through promptly
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle




A current Victorian Agent's Representative qualification, or a willingness to obtain one
Available to work every second Saturday, with time off in lieu provided
