The role
An exciting chance has arisen for someone to join the organisation as a Bookkeeper. The purpose of this role is to undertake all of the bookkeeping functions across the company. You will work in a tight-knit team and report directly into the founder of the business.
Keyresponsibilities will include will not be limited to:
Banking and cash flow requirements
Accounts payable
Accounts receivable
Payroll
Reconciliations
Assistance with tax compliance e.g. BAS, IAS, PAYG, payroll tax etc




Regularly liaise with the external accountants
Ad-hoc project and administrative work
The successful candidate
In order to secure this position, you will be a hands-on bookkeeper with previous experience in a similar role. You will be adaptable and place a strong emphasis on building strong working relationships across the business. The following will be favourably looked upon:
Relevant bookkeeping and/or tertiary qualifications
Relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within a SME environment
Strong Excel and Xero skills
Deadline-driven
Outstanding communication skills
