Farmfresh Fine Foods, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking experienced Food Production Operators to join our team in the Bundaberg & Wide Bay Burnett region of Queensland. In this casual role, you will play a crucial part in our production operations, ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of a diverse range of food products.

What you'll be doing
n

Operate various food processing equipment and machinery to prepare, manufacture, and package a variety of vegetable products
n
Adhere to strict quality control, GMP, WHS and food safety protocols throughout the production process
n
Food safety training will be provided on-site to ensure compliance with all relevant protocols and regulations
n
Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and work areas
n
Participate in pre-operational checks, cleaning activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Identify and report production, safety, or quality issues to supervisors
n
Complete production paperwork and basic production records accurately
n
Collaborate with team members to support efficient day-to-day production operations
n
Perform other duties as required to support the overall efficiency of the production facility
n

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a similar food production or manufacturing role
n
Experience in any manufacturing environment including food production, general manufacturing, or related industrial operations
n
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate various production equipment
n
Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, safety and food safety
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills
n
Versatile and adaptable to changing production requirements and schedules
n
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and manual handling
n
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential
