McDonald's Managers, Assistant Restaurant Managers & Restaurant Manager
McDonald's Carroll Group is looking for Managers with Fast Food / QSR experience to join their team in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. These roles will suit professional, highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have previous McDonald's Management experience who are focused on the delivery of McDonalds Standards, have the ability to motivate a team & also have fun along the way!
A minimum of 1 year or more of Fast Food/QSR Management experience is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Shift Management, overseeing all staff and daily operations
Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work
Daily Stock control
Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
Ensure security is strictly adhered to at all times
In addition, if applying for a Restaurant Manager role you will also have these Responsibilities:
Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures




Ability to achieve financial budgets
Skills and Experience
Ability to demonstrate results/performance
The ability to train and develop team members
Proven staff management and leadership skills
A hands-on approach
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
A focus on policies and procedures
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
Must have the right to work in Australia
Holds a valid Australian Drivers License and have access to a car.
