About The Role:
As Manager Human Resources you will lead a team of HR practitioners to deliver high-quality services including recruitment, classification, performance management, employee relations and industrial relations. You will provide trusted advice to senior leaders on complex workforce matters, legislation and organisational impacts, and drive HR projects and initiatives that strengthen DHW's culture, improve service delivery and support departmental priorities.
You will build strong relationships across the department and with key external agencies, use workforce data to inform decision-making, and ensure HR practices are transparent, compliant and aligned with public sector frameworks. The Manager Human Resources models DHW's values and leadership behaviours and contributes to continuous improvement across Workforce Services.
