This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful delivery of a strategic stream of digital work across the ABC.
Working across Product, Engineering, Design and Business, you'll translate strategic priorities into coordinated delivery, bringing together multiple teams and workstreams while providing the governance, planning and oversight required to deliver complex transformation.
You will build alignment across stakeholders, manage competing priorities and dependencies and create clarity and momentum to achieve strategic outcomes.
The role spans digital transformation, platform modernisation and product initiatives, with accountability for customer, business and technology outcomes rather than simply managing a delivery schedule.
The Job
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic stream of digital work against agreed customer, business and technology outcomes
Establish effective governance, planning and delivery frameworks that provide visibility, accountability and clear decision-making across multiple teams and workstreams
Develop, maintain and execute integrated program plans aligning product priorities, engineering delivery, design activities and business objectives
Partner closely with the Group Product Manager, Engineering Manager and Design Lead to align priorities, manage trade-offs and resolve dependencies
Facilitate senior stakeholder planning, prioritisation and governance forums
Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies and delivery constraints, including mitigation, escalation and resolution
Provide clear reporting, insights and recommendations to executives and governance forums
Manage budgets, forecasting, resource planning and capacity, ensuring investment and delivery decisions align with strategic objectives
Provide leadership and oversight across multiple cross-functional teams,



creating alignment and strengthening accountability and continuous improvement
Define, track and realise customer, business and technology advantages, incorporating business readiness, change impacts and adoption into delivery planning.
About You
You'll have:
Significant experience leading complex digital transformation, platform modernisation or large-scale change initiatives
Proven ability to translate strategy into practical delivery while balancing business priorities, customer needs, technical constraints, risk and dependencies
Deep understanding of digital product development, software delivery and customer experience practices
Experience working in product-led organisations and supporting Agile and Lean delivery approaches
Exceptional senior stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, including experience facilitating governance and prioritisation forums and navigating complex organisational environments
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering and Design leaders across multiple teams
Strong commercial, governance and delivery management experience across budgets, forecasting, resource planning, program health, executive reporting, benefits realisation and investment accountability within large-scale digital programs
Highly developed analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability, including navigating ambiguity and complex trade-offs
Experience delivering digital products, platforms or transformation within media, streaming, broadcasting or another consumer-facing digital environment would be highly regarded
