Senior Dental Assistant
to join our growing clinical team.
This is more than a traditional Dental Assistant role. We are looking for someone who wants to

You'll work closely with our Principal Dentist,
Dr Mohit Dubey
, and our experienced clinical team across general dentistry, implant surgery, advanced restorative procedures and complex treatment.
About the Role
As a Senior Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting our clinicians while helping maintain the high clinical and patient-care standards of our practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting our dentists across general, surgical, implant and advanced restorative procedures.
Working closely with Dr Mohit and the clinical team during complex and surgical procedures.
Preparing surgeries, instruments and equipment to an exceptional standard.
Maintaining high standards of infection control, sterilisation and clinical compliance.
Anticipating the clinician's needs and confidently working with minimal direction.
Supporting the training and development of less experienced Dental Assistants.
Contributing to efficient clinical workflows and continuously looking for ways to improve.
Assisting with stock management, ordering and maintaining an organised clinical environment.
Supporting patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism throughout their treatment journey.
Working collaboratively with our Treatment Coordinators, reception and wider team to create an exceptional patient experience.
About You
We're looking for a
senior-level Dental Assistant
who is confident, proactive and ready to take the next step in their career.
You will ideally have
3+ years' Dental Assisting experience
, with strong experience in surgical and/or advanced dentistry highly regarded.
We're looking for someone who:




Is confident working independently and can anticipate the needs of the dentist.
Has strong knowledge of infection control, sterilisation and clinical protocols.
Is experienced assisting with a broad range of general and surgical procedures.
Takes genuine pride in their work and maintains exceptionally high standards.
Demonstrates initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done.
Is organised, reliable, accountable and highly detail-oriented.
Has excellent communication skills and works exceptionally well within a team.
Is confident supporting and mentoring other Dental Assistants.
Responds positively to feedback and actively looks for opportunities to improve.
Is passionate about learning new techniques, procedures and technologies.
Wants to
progress their career rather than simply work in a Dental Assistant position

Brings a positive, professional and compassionate attitude to the workplace.

As a Senior Dental Assistant and core member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the practice continues to grow.
Depending on your skills, experience and interests, this may include progression into areas such as:
Senior clinical support and leadership.
Surgical and implant assisting.
Training and mentoring junior Dental Assistants.
Clinical workflow and surgery coordination.
Stock and clinical inventory management.
Supporting implementation of new clinical systems and procedures.
Further professional development and advanced clinical training.

Minimum 3 years' Dental Assisting experience preferred.
Strong clinical and surgical assisting experience highly regarded.
