We are seeking an experienced and proactive Coordinator: Quality & Safety tochampion excellence across our organisation. Based in Rockhampton, this pivotal leadership role will guide our quality, compliance and safety systems, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, person-centred services while fostering a culture where both participants and staff can thrive.

Whatwill a typical day look like?
n
n
Lead thedevelopment and implementation of the Quality and SafetyFramework.
n
Coordinatorinternal
and external audits, accreditation and correctiveactions.
n
Identify risks,lead incident investigations, and conduct roost causeanalysis.
n
Drive
continuousimprovement
through data analysis and teamcollaboration.
n
Promote strongsafety culture and deliver training to build staffcapability.
n
Provide expertadvice and mentoring to senior leaders.
n
Maintain clearreporting, risk registers and
stakeholdercommunication.
n
n
MandatoryRequirements:
n
n
Tertiaryqualification
in Quality Management, Occupational Health andSafety, Risk Management or a related field.
n
Proven experiencein a quality and safety leadership role, preferably withincommunity sector.
n




Strongunderstanding
of regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g.,ISO, WH&S;, clinical governance).
n
Demonstratedsuccess
in leading improvement initiatives and managingrisk.
n
