About you
Carpentry and general maintenance experience, including plastering and painting
Reliable, practical and able to work independently
Own tools
ABN preferred
Adherence to maintenance, safety and security procedures
Prompt, courteous and professional service when dealing with high-end tenants
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
References required
