About You
You are a caring, motivated and qualified educator who is passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum)
A genuine passion for early childhood education
A strong commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusionUnderstanding of and commitment to the Victorian Child Safe Standards
Sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
Robust communication and teamwork skills
A positive, reliable and proactive approach
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
Current Working With Children Check and Police Check
A commitment to treating every child with respect, dignity, kindness and understanding

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education for children
Create and implement engaging learning experiences and activities
Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Support children's development, wellbeing and learning outcomes
Contribute to programming, observations and documentation
Share children's achievements and developmental milestones with families
Promote inclusion, diversity, cultural safety and respectful relationships
Follow all child safety policies, procedures and the Service Code of Conduct
Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team
Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for all children
