We're looking for a
Warehouse Supervisor
to take ownership of that engine room at our Ringwood location — someone who takes real pride in getting it right and wants to grow with us for the long haul.
What makes this role different
This is a genuinely two-sided position, and we want to be upfront about that because it's the key to loving the job.
For most of the year — around nine months — you'll run our pick, pack and dispatch operation largely on your own. You'll own the flow: orders out accurately and on time, deliveries in and checked, the space organised the way you like it. If you're someone who takes satisfaction in a well‐run operation and enjoys the independence of getting on with the work, this is your kind of day.
Then, from December to February, everything lifts. Peak season is our busiest and most exciting stretch, and you'll step up to recruit, train, supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to get through it together. This is where your leadership matters most.
Some people would find that variety a challenge.

Employment status: Full-time
Work hours: 9 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday (earlier start during our peak period)
Reports to: Operations & Sales Manager
What you'll do
Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately and on time
Book parcels for courier collection
Unpack, check and sort incoming supplier deliveries
Keep our ERP and inventory systems accurate and up to date
Manage warehouse administration, packaging and equipment inventory
Assemble our manufactured products
Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and safe at all times
Recruit, train, supervise and lead warehouse staff through our December–February peak
Plan and coordinate daily workflows and rosters during peak
Support our retail and admin teams when needed
What we're looking for
Previous picking, packing or warehouse experience (essential)
Experience using an ERP or inventory management system (essential)
Experience supervising, training or leading staff (highly regarded)
Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in accuracy
The self‐motivation to work independently and manage your own workload
The people skills to lead a team well when the season demands it
Good communication and a positive, can‐do attitude
Physical fitness for an active, hands‐on role
Retail experience and familiarity with PC and Mac (a bonus)
