have partnered with a rapidly growing Australian business seeking a highly organised and proactive
Fleet Coordinator
to join their operations team.
Working with major organisations across Australia, the business coordinates transport and field-based services through a growing national network. With significant growth underway and recent contracts secured, they are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to take ownership of the day-to-day management and coordination of their fleet operations.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with people and has a strong understanding of transport, logistics and fleet coordination. You will play a key role in ensuring vehicles, drivers and daily operations run efficiently across the business.

What do you do?
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the company fleet nationally
Schedule and allocate drivers, vehicles and jobs based on operational requirements
Monitor vehicle availability, servicing, maintenance and compliance requirements
Manage schedule changes, breakdowns, delays and last-minute operational needs




Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and internal teams throughout the day
Maintain accurate fleet, scheduling and operational records
Assist with identifying opportunities to improve fleet efficiency and utilisation
Ensure all fleet-related activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with company requirements
What do you need?
Experience in fleet coordination, transport coordination, logistics, dispatch or operations
Previous experience coordinating drivers, vehicles, couriers, technicians or field-based teams
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Experience with fleet management systems or scheduling software is highly regarded
A proactive and hands-on approach to operational challenges
