JobResponsibilities:
Mastertheentireprocessofassetacquisition,includingpreparingformalinternal/externalcommunicationdocuments,presentationmaterials,andinvestmentrecommendationreports.




Monitorlandpolicies,foreigninvestmentregulations,taxlaws,ESGrequirements,andindustrytrendsinAustralia,Singapore,andothercountries;regularlyproducepolicybriefstosupportinvestmentdecisions.
Coordinatewithexternalpartiesincludinglawfirms,transactionbrokers,andtechnicaladvisorstomanagelegal,tax,andoperationalrisksthroughoutcross-bordertransactions.
Participateinpost-investmentmanagementdesign,monitorassetoperationindicatorsandexittimelines,andcoordinateinternalasset,finance,andlegalteamstodriveprojectexecutionthroughouttheentirecycle.
JobRequirements:
7+yearsofrealestateinvestmentanddevelopmentexperienceinAustralia,Singapore,orothercountries,withatleast2yearsfocusedonlogisticswarehousingorindustrialrealestate.
Successfullyparticipatedin2+overseaslogisticsassettransactions;familiaritywithAustraliaandSingaporemarketsispreferred.
Abilitytoquicklyinterpretlocalpoliciesincludingforeigninvestment,landuseregulations,andbondedzonepolicies.
FluentinChineseandEnglishasworkinglanguages;capableofreviewingEnglishcontracts,preparingChineseandEnglishreports,andconductingbusinessnegotiationswithcross-culturalcommunicationskills.
