About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, reliable and proactive
Administration Team Leader
or someone ready to take the next step, providing productive day-to-day hands-on support to the Accounts Payable team and to support our depot operations.
Working in a dynamic environment, you will have the ability to learn quickly, with a willingness to undertake any task at hand and have excellent problem solving and time management skills.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is confident managing competing priorities. You'll be trusted to manage your workload, contribute ideas for improving processes, and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. What You'll Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the Accounts Payable team ensuring all associated administrative functions are executed correctlyand to deadline.
Lead, mentor, trainand support your team, ensuring concerns are managed appropriately.




Identifying opportunities regarding efficiency and productivity improvements.
Managing workflows and incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up.
Being a point of escalation for the teamwhen required.
Working collaboratively with Operations andManagementteams to support business outcomes.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated previous people leader experience with a supportive, coaching oriented leadership style highly regarded.
Experience in the support of procurement function and/or high-level knowledge of procurement processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
A calm, solutions-focused approach when working under pressure.
A positive, team-first mindset while also being able to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage, prioritise and multitask effectively while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
